Always excellent service Authentic Mexican Sizzling hot & fresh & flavorful
Food was great. The only thing is the salsa was a little too much tomato'ish, needed more stuff in it. All in all will come back. Oh ya I had the cowboy fajitas and HOT DAM there was a lot of meat compared to vegetables, that was awesome
We had fajitas & enchiladas, they were both very good. They were busy on a Saturday afternoon when we went, but there was no wait. The food came out fast for everyone at our table. Complimentary chips & salsa was good. My bf eats here pretty regularly and says his food has always been good. This was my first time and I'd go back.

We were traveling through Wahpeton back to MN and found El Toro. We are so glad we stopped! The restaurant itself is quaint and brightly decorated. The service was so unbelievably fast and friendly. And our food... simply amazing! The complimentary chips and salsa were some of the best we’ve ever had. We couldn’t believe how many selections to choose from on the menu and so reasonably priced. We had chicken chimichangas, beef taquitos, tamale and carne asada. This was some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had! We will definitely stop when we travel through again.

Delicious as always. They were super busy for a Tuesday night but once we got seated it didn't take long at all to get our food, which was served to us with a smile. Love this place!
